This bank is the worst!!! They freeze your account and never call you before hand to fix the problem or explain. My daughter is on my account. Without calling either one of us they took $680 out of her account due to a discrepancy in mine. She's on my account as a person to take care of my account when I was on the road trucking. Not a co-account holder. They in turn froze her account that she could not get any funds out for groceries or pay bills. And never called again. The problem was I thought was resolved on Friday but nope! Complete and total insensitive workers. Made me feel like I was stupid and a criminal when I have phone numbers and emails proving I'm not! Never ever use this bank!
Terrible teller service at the Mount Bethel Branch, I complaint has to do with errant count on coin counting machine I counted $22.60 in dimes $8.20 in Nickles and $203.25 in Quarters for a total of $234.05 and received only $123.05 with no receipt and no explanation from the teller about the discrepancy. I'm going through the trouble explaining this transaction to document issue in order to get the $100 due me.
