This is not my nearest branch, but it is worth going an extra couple of miles for more helpful and friendly customer service.
I had been a Malvern Federal Savings Bank customer for years, and was extremely disappointed with the switch to First Bank. Unfortunately, just about every interaction I had with this branch (which is the closest to me), whether by 'phone or in person, was very uncomfortable. Thankfully, there is another branch a couple of miles up the road that has more of a clue about how to treat customers.

My husband recently opened an account with large deposit we attempted to make a transfer and was emailed that a cot code was required and couldn't be provided without paying a fee of $8100. We questioned why the fee couldn't be taken from the deposit since deposit cleared? We looked at the account today and $2000 has been withdrawn without our knowledge. Please advise. Yvonne LaGrone
