Don't answer phone calls... It's 355 and no one is answering the phone... Multiple calls...
Horrible bank - no one knows what they're talking about and they will mishandle your needs every step of the way. Do not waste your time and definitely do not give them your money.
No stars (one was required). This bank is the epitome of disrespect. My personal, private information was misused by this bank. I was required by law to provide my date of birth to open an account. Without ever asking my preferences, or for permission to use my information in a way inconsistent with the legal purpose of obtaining this information, I received a phone call to "wish you a happy birthday". I had left an important meeting to answer the call in case it was someone calling from the region in regard to my elderly parents. I was furious. My birthday was provided for legal reasons - not so some teller could use that information to call me on my birthday. They clearly have no regard for keeping personal, private information private and personal. They lack the diplomacy to ask customers to sign up for birthday calls, or give permission for them; they simply harvest the information and make the calls. It is beyond presumptuous and disrespectful. I'm in contact with my attorney to find if this is something I can pursue legally. The customer service people were adamant that they were well within their rights to take this legally required information and use it for whatever purposes they saw fit as long as it remained in the company. Good-bye First Commonwealth.
Just at bank at 3:15 on a Monday. It's closed, even though the signage says it closes at 5:00 pm.
I've been going to First Commonwealth Bank for a long time, back to when it used to be Southwest! I love this branch. The tellers are always very friendly and obliging. Dottie is especially good, quite knowledgeable and thorough, also very personable. It's so nice to go somewhere where you are always greeted by name. I've been to other branches that just don't compare to their level of competence and friendliness.
Great bank to do business with. Very friendly staff.
