First Convenience Bank Ratings

I opened an account with First Convenience Bank in the Kroger grocery store. I couldn't believe the spread they had for people to eat so we ate while we were creating an account. Every employee was so nice and so helpful. I hardly had to do a thing. The only thing I don't like is because I have a problem and it's a Sunday and I can't reach anybody. But that's OK. I'll take care of it Monday.

Both Alex Foster and Arianna have made each and every transaction I have ever made in the Taylor branch a joy and a relief. I always feel well treated and completely satisfied. Y'all make each visit wonderful! Thank you.

I have been banking with First Convenience Bank for years and have never ever once had a bad experience. I started banking with them when they were in the old Kroger in Porter, Tx then moved to the new Kroger at Valley Ranch. I have met everyone there, the Branch Manager Brenda, Karen, Briseida, Les, Daisy and Ashley and when I go into the branch, no matter what girl waits on me they always say hello Mr. Allwright and ask me how my day is going. They take care of whatever I need and always treat me with the best Customer Service. I feel like a family member instead of a number. Thank all you girls at Valley Ranch First Convenience Bank Texas, YALL ROCK!!! God Bless

Trash. *** (*** teller, im not sure about name but I can describe him by the other description) lied about waving fees and don't even have 2-way ATM's. Every other bank has ATMs that can take deposits!

Can I cash a check that they give me.

Only complaint I can say is that every time I do a mobile deposit it goes thru within 24 hrs. Except for one man's check I work for an he has plenty monet but it clears his bank same day but I can't get my monet for 7 days. That's a bunch B.S.

I knocked on the office door, to which the manager, Jennifer, gladly opened and welcomed me in. She cleared off her desk and dropped what she was doing at the moment to help me and my needs. She always has exceptional customer service!

I applied for a loan got everything signed ask them before I left bank if money was gonna be in my account that day. Response oh yes your good. It's been six days an never received my money. Don't know how I'm gonna get home fom Colorado I was. Count on that mone

4/21/23 My daughter and I have been banking here for 2 years and we never had a problem withdrawal money from primary account until today.The clerk was rude and un professional and thought something was funny and a joke.. The manager was no help neither didnt adress the rude lady.. I never want to come back to that bank.

Your bank at 6000 West ave in San Antonio has very rude employees!!! And can't get through to a supervisor at all. Will be closing my account next business day.

Horrible bank. I have 103.93 cents in a power account, they are trying to tell me social security took it, social security says they didn't. I was with this bank for years. I will never do business with these crooks again.. The manager at this particular branch, laughed about it while I was speaking to her.
