Do not make investments through First Horizon Bank. Their arm, LPL Financial (formally, First Horizons Advisors) sells you product without fully knowing how they work. In this case it was Paul Lankau. It cost me $5000. I waited 7 years before i was able to pull out my funds and expecting to receive what was due based on a certain level of an index at a particular date from the last reset date the previous year. The advisor never told me that I had to wait until the 8th year to get paid. He knew months before that I was pulling out my funds and never told me to wait. So, beware in dealing with anything with First Horizon Bank.
