I've been a customer of level one then first merchant for years, the customer service at the downtown location is unprofessional when it comes to great customer service its mainly at Ferndale and northwestern the staff is amazing. simple request of just banding thousands of dollars is a task for the teller she stated they don't band money and gave me the strap to band myself which not a problem for me but to tell false info to a customer is a problem won't go back there again.
