Hello and good day my Name is Ms. Janet Mcgill, I have been banking with your institution since 2005 with an business and personal accounts. Lately I have constantly been receiving fraud alerts and text messages on my accounts on my phone since, July and on going about multiple transactions and for some odd reasons in which, gives me the option to say yes or no to let transaction be stopped or allow monies to be taken out of accounts there, should be know reason if I decline a payment, First National keep closing my use of cards, by your choice and tell me to call your department and still I can only get in touch with a banker that keep telling me that it's nothing they can do unless there is an dispute in place with a case number given and a dollar amount that has processed and then e cancel each card that is linked to accounts with out customer permission and causing a conflict between the bank actions and customer having access to there own monies as well as being able to pay their bills as the wish and then I;m being sent a message telling me to call but, if because I responded no for transaction you basically are penalizing the customer of still having use of my card with you all shutting my card down and my waiting 10-15 days for a replacement when, it is not necessary for replacement card because a customer stopped transaction that is the purpose of an alert on accounts not to cancel card use that you all to re-examine because, number one I had to change my password a month ago since, I had received my new cards and started having problems with my Zelle being restricted and it could not be explained why until this and now I have constantly been receiving alerts from your bank with case numbers and when I call i,m being told you can not seem to located any fraudulent activity but call customer service that can not assist makes, me think the fraudulent activity is with in your banking data system and needs to be investigated more deeper by your institution or I will have no choice to seek further action in order, just to get a better explanation and not excuses each time there's a problem with all these alerts, constantly taking place by your institution and my keep requesting for your fraud department to contact me directly and some one will call me and not a bank teller or Representative that do not have authority as I am being told each time and no one should need to go through these kind of changes for the use of there own monies there is know excuses and i am giving you a chance to reach out and contact me through e-mail at philly_ice**@yahoo.com and or by phone with a direct number to fraud department and not customer service Representative again that can not assist me that is not from your Zelle nor from your fraud department with an extinction if needed to return your call direct and I can be reached at 254-289-23** and thank you much.

I had called my bank when the check was deposited then taken out the following Monday. I do not appreciate the service I got over the counter in wal mart off 42nd in Odessa. I spoke to the branch manager and the. Manager in the office and they basically told me to leave. Wouldn't give me any information on why my check was on a 5 day hold when I've had more than 8 checks from the same business. I got told 3 months ago the app was not working for check deposit and so I've been driving back n forth to deposit then 2 weeks ago I received a yes to using it (in person) and it doesn't work. Now I have to wait 10 days for the check to clear. Tried cashing but they said I have to wait. I'm wanting to close my account with you guys because of all of the inconvenience I've been getting from this specific bank. No one has been helpful nor to even respond to why the app isn't working. Neither one of the managers knew what was going on. I've been given more information depositing than problems. I will never be opening up another bank account with you guys ever again.

Hello, I have pen knife that apparently was a giveaway by the bank many years ago. Is there anyone that saves such items or does the bank have a collection of artifacts.

I would like to know if the money will be put back in my account. The ones that I didn't give permission to take the money out of my account.
I hate that you can never reach the branch itself and the mobile check cashing always has issues.
I have been waiting 2 weeks to get an online account they still have not changed my phone number so I am unable to get in. 2 weeks and I also went on person. No one answers the phone for customer service left on hold. Horrible customer service.
Have not been able to access online banking... tried calling main #, cannot get through
I would like to express my thanks to Samantha and Jai. A few weeks ago, I received an advance from my Discover card at the bank, but accidentally left it there. They both notified me before I left the HEB, and returned it to me.
I truly appreciate their honesty and quick action. You are to be congratulated for employing them. They are an asset to your bank. By the way, I often use this branch, and I have never had a bad experience there. Kudos!
A mistake was made on on-line banking. claimed they didn't know where the money was from. Called and it was our car payment sent to them by the same bank name instead of back to my personal account. Called to complain again yesterday, told "What do you want me to do? Pay for the acccounts that I couldn't pay without cost to me. Do Not do business with them. rude, not trained right, etc. We were left with a zero balance in our income/savings account.
