I called the branch while having trouble accessing my online account. On July 18 2025, I was instructed to call the Kalispell branch. The customer service woman was very nice but could not solve the problem. She said someone from online banking would call within 2 business days. They did not. Today, July 28, I tried to go online again. To no avail as the message said they did not" recognize me" and instructed me to call the Missoula Office. The customer service lady was very nice and told me to log into fsbmla.com using my current ID and Password. Upon trying I received another we do not recognize you message and instructed to call the Missoula office.
I decided not to call Missoula but call the Hamilton Branch. So glad I did. Anthony answered my call and was completely capable of answering my questions and making sure I had access to my online account. He was polite and patient as I had to follow all the online steps to creating a new password and security questions. He informed me that there had been changes made to the online system which required me to go through these extra steps. I am very pleased with the help I received today.
I must say that I have always received excellent help from the friendly staff whether it was starting a new account or having transactions at the teller window. Thank you, Janelli C.
