Just moved all my accounts to another bank after 30 plus years. I've never had an issue until the last few months. Rudest people I've ever done business with and no one cares. No one will even return a phone call to help a customer.
Cashed my check in Friday drove home to Kerrville to find out i was 100 dollars short called for assistance and was directed to a man named Eric who assured me he would look into it and call me back never heard from him this bank sucks will let my supervisors at Toyota of Boerne know on Monday
Frost Bank is my CHOICE when it comes to my financial transactions. They have always gone above and beyond for the customer. They watch out for any suspicious activity and I feel 100% safe in banking with them. I can be assured that I'm taken care of. The people at this particular branch are rock stars. Customer service is a 5 star rating and then some.
Very disappointed in teller at your Harlingen branch. Because of his bad penmanship, my daughter's birthday money was not credited to her account. I should have stayed with RGV Credit Union. I've never had a problem with them.
