Their online bill pay banking service is down. The site states that it will be up soon. I have attempted to access the service all day and again this evening. No Luck. the site has been down all day. I have tried to get information or help several times today. No help just told that this doesn't happen very often. But it does happen often I made several attempts last week and again this week and still unable to do my online bill pay. It has happen several times before. No one will tell me when I can use the site they only say "this doesn't happen very often & it will be up soon". Neither of those things are true and I cannot get anyone to be honest with me about the problem. This is very upsetting. After all my money is there and I do not like getting the run around. This is the bank I use to pay my bills thru and I expect that service to be working. If you guys are unable to provide that service please tell me so I can quickly make other arrangements.
