Very difficult to talk to a real person. IF you press enough numbers and stay on the line long enough the person I spoke with was very helpful.
One of the absolute worst 'automated' phone systems on the planet. Once I got to speak to a real person they were not able to help me. I told two different people at the bank I suspected fraudulent issues with my account, and they provided me with ZERO help. I must go, in person, to the bank to attempt to clear this issue up. I will be shopping for another bank.
