Super great service. Debbie, at the Pinconning Branch, was able to tell me in less than two minutes, what the main branch in Midland couldn't tell me in more than 20 minutes. I suspected fraud against my account, and the 'main' branch couldn't handle the complaint after a more than 20 minute call. Debbis at the Pinconning Branch took care of my concerns in about two minutes. I told the Midland Branch I was changing banks because of theit lack of help they gave. Debbie changed that, she is the reason we will stay will TCF.
