I'm not happy with Northwest Bank. It doesn't have the options that I need. I've been with Luzerne Bank forever and loved the features that they offer. It's sad that the merger went with the options that Northwest offers rather than Northwest going with Luzerne Bank. I have talked to a lot of people that aren't happy with the merger. One woman's debit card didn't work when she went to pay for her gas and she didn't have any money or other credit cards. Another woman at the gas station paid for her gas. I need a copy of all of my transactions this year and I will pay whatever it takes. The options don't even work. I tried to view a check but it wasn't available. I have a deposit in my bank account and I don't know what it's for. I tried to go beyond page one and couldn't.
So we were working with them on a loan. When you go to their website, it's says Loan's, it's what we do. So ok, we didn't get approved for what we were looking for, but rather than call or email and tell us we were ghosted. Daily emails for almost 3 weeks and then NOTHING. Nothing at all. At least say there was nothing that can be done, or maybe suggest another option. Especially if loans are your thing, would we have been better suited for another type or something?!?! I guess we will never know because they said NOTHING. SUPER frustrating!!
I am so so so tired of your bank NOT being open on the days and hours advertised at your drive through AND on line page.
