Had bad, rude experience with the rude Manager, an older weather beaten lady. I was kind and had forgot my bank book, normally if this happened they let me complete my transaction and warned if it happened 2 consecutive times I would be issued a new one at the cost of 10.00. Another rule change she never bothered to post, so I left without my money. She seemed very racist, and am looking into legal action. I was gonna talk to the young black taller nicely, and she yelled really loud, 'You can't talk to her, only me.' I assumed she was a tad intoxicated, maybe from lunch, but anyway I always supported that branxh, bake sales or drawings, but I will never enter that location again, as long as they support discrimination against Mezicans. In the future, have them post any rule changes. That is a rude, disrepectful rule, as EVERYONE forgets sometimes, and to have NO warning and force you to purchase a 10.00 new bank book sounds like a scam and a money grabbing cheap way to rip off customers. What if an old lady came into bank and was turned away cause humans are not allowed to forget???? Anyway, I am thinking of reporting to Corporate cause this is a sneaky rule. I'm going to post all over Ohio and find out how many customers are Being forced to purchase your bank books after forgetting one time. I do understand if it happened twice in a row. But this is wrong. Zero warning. Goodbye, no cash unless you buy a book you don't need. I even understand if you lose your book. Although 10.00 is high, and kinda a bully price. I know this will be ignores, but I will go through corporate if I have to and see if they back these sneaky rules. Bye!
