Your service is so bad, just spent 46 minutes on the phone with "no customer service department". It is so convenient that you seem to always get the payment 1-2 days late so you can charge that late fee. Your agents have such extreme accent that their English is horrible. Do better, it's a shame a company your size is the bad. I will make sure I will stop using this card.
Your service is terrible. No one can speak English without an accent that I just cannot understand. I keep getting disconnected or hung up on. Every number I call takes me to the same place. I ask for a manager/supervisor, and I'm told no one there speaks English or is from the USA! WHAT??? Worse, I get hung up. I do not yell or use bad language I just can't understand what they are saying or asking. I keep having to ask, "I'm sorry what did you say".
