Midfirst is a sensational bank offering very personalized service.... especially at the Anthem location. Branch Manager Nikolina Visnjic-Silva, is amazing, she is super responsive, professional, and very specific with details. I travel extensively, and both my personal and my business accounts are with Nikolina at the Anthem location and I am super confident that all my banking needs are in exceptionally good hands, I am very glad to be a client!
We've had accounts at this Cooper & Ray Road branch since 2011, maintaining mid 5-figure balances there. We've never had a problem in 11 years. The staff has always been attentive & responsive, helping out wherever they could, sometimes making recommendations for higher yield options.
Please update your mid first bank hours of operation.. Saturday is only until 1pm and during the week only until 6pm at the 7th street and bell location. Your site ought to be more accurate especially listing hours of operation. Thank you for your attention for accuracy.
Customer no service. "Oh it is Corporate issue". "We don't wire IRA money out of here to your next place."
We deposited $12,000 into our MidFirst Bank at 750 West Ray Road Gilbert Arizona 85233. Two weeks later still no availability to our money. We went to the branch manager Cory and he said he fixed it. We went home to find out he did NOT. We called the toll free number and they fixed it. This branch is led by inept children. We made a mistake by trusting our money with these clowns. We write this review so you don't make the same mistake. Obviously, we won't be staying at this bank., MidLast bank.
I just want to say how amazing Darlene has personally been with me and our company. I was having a minor dilemma and she went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied!! Thank you to you and all of your staff that was very prompt to help me!!!
