I am a Representative of an estate and have found that out of the 3 banks the deceased had accounts at, this was the most difficult one to work with. The tellers here are friendly and everyday banking is fine. It's the special circumstances I had to deal with that presented issues that weren't necessary. Needless to say, I am closing all accounts and taking my business where it is appreciated.
