I've had nothing but problems since the 1st time I've open my account at this branch. Not only do they not know how to do their job they're rude snobby and do not put the customers 1st. It started with them giving me my savings account as my checking account and then they don't even know how to fix my problem and when I try and fix my problem they won't talk to me about my account like are you serious. Then they told me they weren't accepting a check that I had Mobile deposited and when I noticed that it was still in my account and called to figure it out the girl was rude and yelling and yelling at me, I just couldn't even believe it. Then the kicker is when I went to close my account I sent my daughter in to get the money and that was fine and they gave her my money but when I sent her back in to cash my check because my knee is blown out and I couldn't go in the bank, and because my employer banks there they wouldn't cash my check from their bank for my daughter and I even emailed stating that she was coming. They are the worst bank in Ventura County
