I am in the process of moving from Burlington, MA to Halifax, MA. I started researching banks which would be more convenient and closest to me that also offers what I am looking for in a bank; So, I chose North Easton Savings Bank in Halifax, MA. I called ahead of time on Sat 06/06/2026 to check & see if I needed an appointment since it is obvious that I need to open a few accounts locally. I was greeted professionally and was told to come down anytime until 1 PM. I headed down, a one hour 1:20 minute ride one way. Found the bank, seemed like a Mom & Pop type of a Bank, went in, was again greeted professionally and was asked to have a seat and someone would help me. A minute later, a lady approached me by identifying herself as Jodie and was asked to step in into her office. I must admit, we always hear the bad news no matter where we go, we seldom hear the good. I felt so welcomed and as I mentioned earlier it felt like a Mom & Pop type of a Bank. Jodie was extremely professional in her presence, thus spending an elaborate amount of time with me to satisfy all of my needs and then some. Jodie went over & above her call of duty to make me feel as comfortable as possible, that is when I knew that I had chosen the right bank to do Business with. A job which was well orchestrated from start to finish meticulously if I may say. Thank you Jodie Hooper for the nice welcome and I am looking to do more business with your bank. Went to deposit money on a Friday, bills are due, crap bank is closed with no warning, switching now, cost me 100 bux in late fees
