My parents have been banking in Curwensville Pa. for many years- They are with Northwest Savings Bank. My parents are now in their 80's and at this time needing some extra help with their care and keeping up with monthly finances etc. My sister and 3 brothers take turns taking care of their needs as they still live independently and we live in different states. We truly appreciate all the staff being Professional, helpful, caring and kind to our parents and each of us as we call for help or info on our parents accounts etc. Each and every call the staff is very professional and friendly to us - we always receive the help and answers to our questions right away. On our last call which was today concerning online banking we had the pleasure to talk with Laura - she was able to help explain what we needed to do and truly made our day.
