This is the worst bank ever! l have a checking account and l went to Laconia, NH branch to wire $1344 for the cost of a down payment of a house. It happened yesterday. The branch manager took an hour to interrogate me and asking me so many questions that l felt intimidated. She was playing as a police or as psychologist. Her excuse was they wanted to protect me. What do they care? It is my money. It is not their money. l spoke to James C. from the main office in Berlin, NH and l told him my story. He was not a big help either. He repeated the same thing that l heard in Laconia. Instead, he told me that it is possible l will get a call from Northway bank in Tilton, NH. So, they keep asking questions. But at this point, l won't answer more questions and l am ready to call my lawyer. Definitely, l will withdraw all my money from this bank.
I've been banking with you a long time now. One guy stands out for helping me although everyone on your Saco squad is a 10 plus worker,Tom. I don't know his last name but he looks like Donna's boyfriend on the 70's show. Tom goes an extra mile to be polite and efficiant where he scores an (11) on the 10 scale. I just thought I'd tell you that. I go to your bank not because of your interest rates but because Tom not only makes you feel like a bank president but the president himself, but not Biden. I took the time to type this because he made sure to call me after I made my first night deposit and made the task effortless... Great Job Tom!.... sincerely Mark Korda
