I just recently had a horrible experience at this branch i've been banking with them for years. It really upsets me that the manager allowed one of her employees to talk to me any kind of way he literally questioned me about me asking for my account number, I was never speaking to him she was helping me at first, he gets on the intercom and asked me why do I continue to come here and ask for my account number. I did not know that was a problem for me to ask for my account number, when I'm bank with them he was completely rude! every time I come there he's rude to me and I feel as if he thinks he can talk to me any kind of way because I am black like him. I am very sure if I was a different race he would never question why am I asking for my account number, and he was saying me asking for my account number every time I come isn't normal. I literally only been there three times while he was there in those three times he helped me and I got my account number I've been banking with them for years I don't understand how is that a problem do not bank with them at all!!! I had never had this problem I feel so disrespected and belittled And for his manager to act as if she didn't know what was going on and she didn't know who said anything to me it's ridiculous I will be making phone calls and this will be addressed.
