I have called the bank at least 20 times and spent 4-5 hours in the last two weeks just to resolve a simple issue. No one knows who wrote the check that came from their bank or who to transfer to. Every section has told me that they are able to support and they transfer again. Customer service claims that they do not handle these issues, but other section keep telling me that customer service is the section that I should be talk to. This bank is unprofessional and unorganized and has completely wasted my time.
did not issue re-newal card for HSA. Asked why? oh we sent it July 31, 2023. card expired 12/2022!!! Asked why it was not automatically renewed - because i did not request renewal! Banks automatically renew cards. Asked to speak to boss - boss does not take phone calls nor does he have a name apparently and he is not here today. (rather convenient) This company has access to your funds but to USE YOUR FUNDS takes a renewal card which this bank does not seem to want to issue! FRAUD!! SHADY COMPANY - will be reporting to the BBB & anyone other agency I can find to report them.
Can not find any help that speaks clear English.
