Patriot Bank

Patriot Bank was established on December 4, 1995, originally under the name Federal BankCentre. Over the years, the institution underwent several name and regulatory changes. On April 10, 2003, it changed its name to First BankCentre and transitioned to a state-chartered bank regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Later, on June 16, 2006, the bank became a member of the Federal Reserve System and changed its regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve (FED), alongside a shift in classification to a state-chartered bank. On October 17, 2009, it adopted the name Patriot Bank. In early 2013, the bank moved its main office to 9292 South Delaware Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The institution's history culminated on November 11, 2017, when it merged with Equity Bank in Andover, Kansas, thus ceasing to operate as an independent entity.
