Pendleton Community Bank, now in Staunton, Va., Frontier Drive. will NOT listen to their new customers. After trying to get info. on checking transactions today, {june 28th, 2021} on the toll free calling number, I had to click on 0 to speak to someone AGAIN. The lady I spoke with would not listen to what I was trying to tell her, yes I got upset. No body wants to hear all about deit info. with a total. I wanted to hear the MOST recent transactions of Checks and Debit/Credit purchases, and my balance. NOT JUST FIVE, and they are a few days back. Start with the MOST recent, like today and work back. On the bank info. number it says to click on 5 to hear ALL transactions, I did, then it said, you will hear 5.... What put the icing on the cake? She said I have NEVER heard the bank recording info. that is your banks problem, NO body has bothered to listen to it. IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED, OR BETTER YET, LISTEN TO THE CARTER BANK AND TRUST RECORDING. ITS SIMPLE AND TO THE POINT. Please, someone needs to address this problem. Also, I ask her to speak up a couple of times because she was talking so low. Her reply was, you want everyone to her your banking information. JUDY is the person who is very polite and under standing. I do not want to speak with anyone, ONLY when there is A PROBLEM. Please fix this. Please do not have Judy take care of me because of this... The problem is so easy to fix.
