ok so was dealing with Branden Salem at one of your branches and he vanished in May then dealt Lorri West and some guy named "Hans" for a VA refi and after, numerous : you "need to do this and thats" and finally thought it was going to proceed Lorri disappeared. Also in her advice I stopped both Nov and Dec pynts so my credit took a nosedive for over a 100 points no return on texts and emails being returned. Done with this bank a minus 10
