Branch Reviews & Complaints
This bank has been the most difficult bank to deal with that I have ever come across. I have been told that my card quits working because of a glich the bank has. It wants you to make a new password. I questioned it asking for a supervisor. I was informed she was busy and not available. I went in to the Minot Bank about the problems and they wanted me to bring my laptop in to see how it was relaying. Over 5 people behind me and I am at the grocery store and it won't work again. I have had several business accounts for over 25 years along with personal ones I have never seen a bank that runs like this. Out of chances with me.
