★ Bank review

Pineland bank I was very disappointed! Well for starters I had money going missing all the time but they always had an excuse why I couldn't get my money back! I was told I had identity theft.I bet when they read this they will be wondering who told me that who worked there! Also I was told from someone that works there I was stealing my own money! So I ask them do I need to go get the police to write a report and they said NO! But I did go to the police department and write a report, but you know what I NEVER GOT NONE OF MY MONEY BACK! Be careful folks!!

★★★ Branch review: Saint Marys Branch

Why is my account locked, I believe it said. Will someone please call me Thursday morning (912-667-****) so I will know what is going on. I do not try to balance my account every day but if there is a problem with my account, O wish someone would call me. I don't have any idea how banking goes on a daily basis and it all seems like a maze to me.

I definitely need help, and if I need to go with an automatic transfer for each month so I will never have an overdrawn account, please let me know. And I'm not saying this is the problem now, but I do need to know what has happened. Oh I have a thought about this situation. I tried to log in earlier today on my phone, but couldn't remember my password, but it never told me how many tries I had left, and I didn't even think about that. If I need to come ion for any reason, let me know and I will try to comply. Thanks and I will be looking for someone to call me.
