Our business recently switched over to Pinnacle from Bank of America and WOW what a difference! The Pinnacle personal touch and customer service at the Monroe, NC branch is beyond compare. Every single time I have to go to the bank, they are so kind and friendly and will go above and beyond for our needs no matter what. Our personal commercial banker, Michele has been so helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process of switching banks making it so easy. I can call or email her with a question, and she will always immediately address my needs. She is so wonderful! My husband and I along with the owner of the company all switched our personal bank accounts over to Pinnacle just because of the wonderful, personal and helpful customer service that Michele and all the other sweet ladies in the bank always provide for us. You don't find banks with personal customer service like this anymore. They are a special group, and Pinnacle is blessed to have such great employees. We were always a number to the other bank, waiting in a single slow line every time, no drive thru and no personal touches at all. Our only regret was waiting so long to switch it all to Pinnacle. If you are looking for a top-notch bank with top-notch customer service, then we encourage you to please give the Monroe NC location a try. You will not be disappointed! They are a true blessing!!!
