I am trying to help my client set up a Estate account and we went into the branch a week ago. Ciarra told us it would take 2 to 3 days but we have heard nothing from a week ago. Today, I made a call and the person I spoke to stated they would get back to me later in the day. No one has gotten back to me regarding this Estate of Antonion Perez. Perhaps your bank does not want my client's business. Please let us know of your decision tomorrow.
