I visited this Aventura branch to pay off my mortgage. I haven't still completed this process; paid, but gott wait for the account closing and so on. However, need to say I went extremely prejudiced because of the negative reviews had read. My experience was completely different. The Mortgage Adviser, Marvel, the two tellers, and all the staff I interacted with, were extremely polite, helpful, in summary, professional. Mr.Marvel even assisted me for the on-line banking login, so I could follow up my mortgage account closing online. Nothing to do with those extremely negative reviews. Five stars for all the staff!
