Went in today to make changes to our accounts and I'm assuming the head teller on duty by the name of Kevin was so busy wanting to micro-manage the other tellers he couldn't help us without an appointment even though there was only one other person in there. This just proved my point to my husband that we need to change banks, because this level of customer service isn't acceptable.
