Rudeness, disrespect of Patrons, very unprofessional in attitude and behavior. Not a pleasant or friendly atmosphere some Patrons are treated like criminals and third-degreed as if they are. Does not display any signs of empathy or sympathy. In a lot of businesses, there are wrong people in the wrong positions. To work in any profession that provides a service one must be people-oriented and provide good service to those who are responsible for providing them with employment the least they can do is to be courteous and polite.
