Hoy abri una cuenta por primera vez, por lo que tenia muchas dudas y preguntas que hacer, me atendio una agente de nombre Mari Carrera, la cual fue exquisita en su atencion y se dedico a explicarme a detalle todos los planes que serian mejor para mi caso particular, imncluso me ayudo a seleccionar otra opcion de la cual no sabia y me benefiaciaba. Estoy totalmente maravillado de su trato, su gran paciencia conmigo ya que se que no soy un cliente facil al tener muchas dudas, la verdad me senti muy a gusto, mis dudas fueron resueltas y si tengo que recomendarles a alguien que les brinde un servicio de calidad, un trato especial con el cual se sientan a gusto y satisfechos pidan que los atienda Mari Carrera.

Go to any other branch to actually get your banking done. This branch would not cash a check from my Fidelity brokerage account. The Hartville branch had no problem doing it. Moron manager at Tallmadge.

I am a member of PNC Bank in Montezuma, GA, and has been for more than 15 years or around 20 years. I had two monthly deposits coming in this bank every month along with a CD account, and also one other account that had more than $20,000 in it. I want to borrow $10,000 from PNC Bank and to pay it back through my monthly deposits. PNC made up every excuse they could come up with to keep from loaning me the money. PNC is good for accepting money but not loaning it. You may try, but 99% you won't get it.

PNC bank in Sumiton, AL is the best bank around. You won't go wrong using them. I would NOT change.

Terrible customer service and total indifference to customer. They just switch you from one person to another who has no idea what you are asking and then switches you to another agent and it goes on and on.

Mayra is the most useless worker you have. Been waiting since the 2nd of March for a card, She put a completely different address and never filed for me to have a card sent. Its been the worst 3 weeks trying to struggle this.

No late hours for those of us who get off after 4:30.

I was very disappointed to learn that the Pinckney branch will be closing in April and we are being told that all transactions will need to take place at the closest branch, which is Dexter. Because we do not live right in Pinckney it is a longer distance from where we are at, but Pinckney was the closest branch. I'll be moving my business over to Huntington Bank since they have a branch in Pinckney. Yes we do a lot of transactions electronically, but it is also the convenience of having a bank in our local town where we can go and transact business when we need to.

Thank you for taking the time to read this complaint regarding PNC BANK in its ENTIRTIY. I have been banking at 2814 SW 34th St, GNV, FL 32608 location since 1990. Yes, before it became PNC BANK. The only improvement made is clearly marking the handicap parking. All of the financial benefits' I had before PNC bank had an EIN # were removed, checking w/ interest, no minimum balance, free paper statements & being open until 1pm on a SATURDAY are no longer... As enraging as this is, denying account holders to use the restroom is beyond inhumane. PNC bank is by far the WORST bank I have DESPITE being the most mature. PNC bank is outrageously refusing to act in the best interest of the client. Other banks are paying customers to open accounts with basic features if not better. I don't understand why this location refuses to be open Saturday or denying account holders to use the restroom, but if you found the time to read this you need to start fixing it.

The tellers working with the tube system are incompetent. It took them 23 minutes to process the transaction of the car in front of me and 27 minutes to process mine. Republic Bank will be more of my business in the future.

The sorriest excuse for a bank I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. There is no officer on site, other than the most routine matters require a phone call to make an appointment for someone to show up. The tellers seem to know nothing, but are totally unabashed about giviñg out incorrect info, and then denying it the next day by handing out new instruction that completely contradicts what was said the previous day. Pathetic....

We have always had good service here.

I went to the Jackson Branch looking for Stephanie Miller. Three Officers were busy with customers. NO ONE even asked me what I was doing there. I left after 20 mins. ??

This branch has a work ethic problem. They are uncooperative and refuse to help the customer with simple requests. I asked for a simple letter to verify that we had an account. I offered to supply the letter template that was supposed to be used. I even spoke with the manager and she said that the customer service department has to do that. I called customer service and they said that the branch was supposed to do that. Need I say more?

Poor fraud/scam assistance
I unfortunately was victim of a jury duty scam that seemed very legitimate and involved PNC bank as the bank money was going to. Within in minutes I recognized the scam and went into PNC to report it. They could give me zero information because I am not "officially" their customer, despite my money being deposited into a scam account there. I made a police report but PNC at no point would give me any information about the fraud event and barely cooperated with the police. My money is likely long gone, so the police didn't want to invest very much time either. The branch referred to their "fraud department" but the fraud department was completely unreachable. I found email contacts the police had for PNC but was always told "someone was working on it" and that was all. The fact that PNC NEVER worked with me to let me know the outcome of their internal investigation is really poor service for this situation. I have no idea if they ever had intention of actually helping this investigation. It felt like they were just protecting themselves and gave no care to the fact that I lost so much money through a scam using their bank. I would never recommend this bank to anyone given this experience. Very poor communication, barriers at every turn, and no path for better customer service in this situation. I may not have been a customer at the time of the fraud, but their bank was used to steal my money. They made it easy for the fraud event to happen, and had no avenue in place to help someone in their community who was wronged using their institution. This event has insured I will never be their customer.

The worst Bank I have every worked with or better still waiting on them to work . So had my accounts scamed so turned my cards into bank they advised would send new cards. No new cards but letter said cards cancled to non use. How can I use them if you dont send to me? BAD BAD BAD BANK !!!

My monthly financial report for my IRAs lists Eric Danapilis as my Investment Representative. But no phone number or location. How do I get in touch with Mr Danapolis?? I will need to make changes to our IRAs for next year.

I closed our corporate banking accounts with PNC in 2022 due to their terribly poor customer service experiences with them, to numerous to mention. I did not want the new owner (as of April 2023) to deal with their nonsense so I closed our multi-million dollar per year business accounts with them. I learned last month that they never closed these accounts and also received a collection notice as PNC turned me personally over for collection for over $300 which included banking fees. It turns out (and they admitted as much) that there was a bogus $49 charge from a software virus company that we never agreed to nor had knowledge of and because our bank representative (of record) FAILED TO DO HER JOB, these fees accrued. I had many, many issues with this same rep over the last few years and frankly, I don't know how she can keep her job. Since they acknowledged to me today that (1) they had received my request(s) to close the account and (2) the bogus charge came after my requests, you would think that PNC would do the right thing and get this taken care of, but no. After three weeks of "running it by legal and PNC auditors", they came to a poor and spiteful decision. If they continue with this collection which will impact my credit score somewhat, I will take legal action against them.

Went in side to order credit cards. Never received them. Found out they were never ordered. Would not recommend this bank.

On the whole I'm pleased with the services there. The banker Cedric has eased me through many difficult transitions and I value his professionalism and patience. I'm less pleased with the corporate PNC services. Still, as long as Cedric is there I will continue to bank at Narberth branch.

No one answers the phone

Customer Care Phone Service. Deplorable. I had to call 3 times before I connected with a person that I could understand. I do not know where they are located, it is not the USA. I asked one person, where are you located? His answer was "I don't understand". These are the people that are supposed to be able to help with the online bank account access. They did not know what a "code 18" was even though the error message I received said, "call customer service and give them this code number". They wanted me to try a different browser, even though Google had been working fine for weeks. The PNC branch office was UNABLE to tell me if the online banking system was down and said I could come into the bank to try and solve the problem. Ridiculous, rinky dink, low budget. Not a place I want to have my money managed. My next chore will be to move by banking to another company.
