4/25/23 Contacting PNC Sq Hill to yearly renew mom's safe deposit box because the auto-renewal was deducting from an account that was closed last year - simple housekeeping. issue Phone # 412-521-8800 opt 3 to speak to banker - had to dial 10 times before call picked up by people who couldn't help but promised a banker to return call. No call return even though numerous requests. Called this morning and insisted to wait and was told it could be 1 hour. Has been 24 minutes so far. This issue is a surprise as in the past have found the Sq Branch to be exceptional but am pissed at this point.
