★ Bank review

Help.. I have been trying to close a account after the passing of my husbands. 5 months later 5 notarized documents and still nothing. No return response. I want to have this closed. Last interaction, I was sent to legal and told another document was needed.. Sent that required document July 3 2023 have sent several follow up emails. Nothing. How does this get CLOSED.
