BRANCH REVIEWS
Regions Online Banking ceased to work sometime during the week of 3/18/24. It was working fine since 11/2020, when the account was opened. Trying to log in with 2 of the most common browsers in the US (Current Versions, Edge & Firefox) results in an "Internal Server Error". The technical support number was worse than useless. The agent's response was essentially, "We don't support those browsers anymore... go buy a new computer". This is not acceptable. Let me ask a question. Why should I even consider new services when the basic technology can't be trusted?
