Sadly, i cannot count on efficiency or competent employees to provide assistance in any fashion. A 3 day wait on electronic processing is absurd and bordering on stupidity. i intend to close my account as soon as i return from California. Dc Flowers
As a senior citizen I have never had less than quick, kind and efficient service when doing business with Smart Bank. Sales manager one of the best.
I had a very unpleasant experience with Smart Bank Tullahoma. The Branch Manager of Sales turned a simple paperwork task into a 6 week fiasco where I had to go over her head to Legal Dept where it was handled in 48 hrs. Weak communication, a lack of empathy for elderly persons (my parents), and just a lack of helping me were all part of the experience. I will be closing ALL accounts and CD's due to this Managers treatment of me... C Hudspeth
Smart bank is a bank that cares about people have never had any problems with this bank the people that work there are very nice and always wanting to help no matter how big the problem is if you are looking for a bank I would say you can't go wrong with smart bank
