I wanted to share my experience with trying to get a SBA loan.. I was assigned K. Day to work with. The communication was HORRIBLE! I started the loan process on May 23rd. I had spoke to her on the phone and got her EVERYTHING she asked for by May 25th. I would send update emails and receive no communication back. I would call and get her voicemail. After a few minutes I would receive an email saying that she saw I tried to call an would call me back at her next availability. She also claimed there was a link on her emails to schedule a call with her but the link was not an active link. I reached out to Stern Bank to speak her manager and K. Day called me right away insuring that she would be following up with me daily, didn't happen. FINALLY in August I was sent a discussion letter. I emailed her to see if we could talk on the phone to discuss some questions I had, never received a call. K. Day needs more training with it comes to working with the public and her communication skills. This whole process has really discouraged me from wanting to start a business as I was every hopefully when her and I talked the very first time.
This branch provides fast friendly service. I am 87 years old I wanted to set up on line service. Mr Gillett explained and wrote out directions. He took an umbrella and lead me in the rain to my car. Yes, the system works.
