Most corrupted, dishonest, scamming, charging extra fees to the customers with malfunctioning computer system for years. Past 4-5years sold from First Place Bank, to Talmer Bank, Chemical Bank to TCF Bank. There are so many victimes in the commununities created by this corrupted bank. Federal Goverment must invesitgate this bank of corruptions hurting consumers and customers. After paying off the loans, this bank have not cleared court document and keep claiming the loan payment. We should file a class action law suit against this bank.

Worst bank to deal with. The wait time to get a customer service rep or loan payment rep is 65 + minutes. called 1 866 731 6414 and 1 800 867 9757. Closed my TCF plus account and my mortgage account. It was better when it was Chemical bank. This is what happens witha merger.

Trying to get a new ATM card and since Chemical Bank merged with TCF what a nightmare! First they say banks in Ohio then u Google it and # disconnected! I shouldn't have to go back to Chicago to get a new card! I haven't lived there in a year and half! TCF get your stuff together 😠
