Since your company refuses to fix my ability to access my credit card account online I am contacting the SEC and the FEC regarding the conduct of your company. Furthermore since you will not put my account back on paper billing without a formal request which will now put me into a late status and I am unwilling to give out my bank account information to someone over the phone you leave me no choice but to file a complaint with the FEC and the SEC.
