BRANCH REVIEWS
This branch holds our money in both a savings and a checking account. But try sending money anywhere from your account and this branch seems stone-ignorant. I went in a total of 4 times to wire money to a bank account in Italy. I was told by a clerk that the SWIFT code I gave her was wrong. We did not get as far as the IBAN code. I did go in a prior time and didn't have the bank address - my error - but after I got that and gave that address plus the BIC and IBAN codes the clerk told me the BIC code was wrong. I am 80 years old. I don't have the time and effort it takes to suffer all of this aggravation. I am thinking of transferring our money to a credit union.
Correction: the Swift code and IBAN code I gave her were absolutely correct. I am really incensed by the ignorance of the clerk at the bank and by the repeated inconvenience to which she subjected me
