EUDORA!!!!! Very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL person!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Came to make wire transfer... register myself in their system... waited for my turn in line.... Eudora called me ....and!!!!!... she wasn't able to make my wire transfer because I prefer to stay during wire processing and wasn't able to seat (health essue) on a chair on a front of her... So I can't use my money to pay for my needs because EUDORA is UNSOCIAL... has MENTAL problems and bank keeping her to do Job where she is in very close communication with customers 🙄... called TD customer service... they call her... she told them that I need to wait because she's with another customer (after I left her table she took next person in line)....and just Eudora handed up phone call from TD customer service representative, she informed me that she'll will not serve me and I need to go another branch.... Called TD customer service again....same story... I register myself again in their system for wire transfer service how TD customer service representative advised... when it was my turn in line EUDORA CANCELED MY REGISTRATION!!! I register myself again and again she canceled registration without called me for service when it was my turn in line... HORRIBLE... I spended at the branch more than an hour with NO RESULT. End of this story I wasn't able to do my wire transfer... TD bank do not offering wire transfers online, like another banks(Bank of America- example). And also Bank of America has much better customer service! CLOSED my SAVING account with TD bank and left couple $ on my checking... TD bank is NOT SAFE BANK TO KEEP YOUR $ in, because when you need it, you can't use it and it's TERRIBLE!!!
