BRANCH REVIEWS
My grandfather has been with the bank since 1999 and he passed away last year on May the 9th of 2021. I sent death certificates to so many people; I forgot to close his long term life insurance. So, for a year the LTLI was taking money out but from our joint account the same account I kept after his passing.
Until; I noticed it and put a stop to it (now this money was left to me because we had a joint account). During his passing I stayed on the account because that's what he wanted; after a year later the insurance sends me a refund check written to The estate of Philip Kennison.
Ashlie Galvan gave me a hard time since day one and was wanting me to probate it when this was a refund from the LTLI who kept pulling my money out of our joint account. It states in the will that it all goes to me: including the bank account since I was already on the account.
Technically you guys had all the information, my grandfather has been with you guys since 1999 and she refused to deposit. What gets me she threatens to call the cops because I was upset with her for treating my situation as if I had no say so in it. This bank isn't her piggy bank it belongs to the people, the money does not belong to you guys either it belongs to the people.
Needless; to say I open an account with another bank and they deposited it with copies of the will, copies of the Long Term Life Insurance that came with the check, and I gave them anything they wanted. I even spoke to my attorney, and we are working on something. It is a damn shame to have someone so inconsiderate working as a BRANCH MANAGER and lose a costumer over her ignorant behavior and the lack of costumer care. I cannot believe how much trust he put in you guys to just treat this as if was not a sensitive situation to me.
