History Of The Bank of Commerce
The Bank of Commerce was established on September 1, 2000. Initially founded under the name The Bank of Commerce, it focused on providing various financial services to its clients. On April 16, 2007, the bank moved its main office to 1858 Ringling Boulevard, Sarasota, Florida, further expanding its operations. In a significant turnaround in its corporate structure, The Bank of Commerce merged with Centennial Bank on March 1, 2017, and subsequently became part of that institution, headquartered in Conway, Arkansas. This merger marked the end of The Bank of Commerce as an independent entity.
