★ Branch review: Lee's Summit 291 Branch

My husband and I have used this bank for years. Now as my husband was on his way home from work he stopped to put his paycheck in the bank but could not because they have started closing at 5. Who gets off work early enough to get to their bank BEFORE 5 pm every stinking weekday? Not us! Time to look for a new bank!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Central Bank - Gladstone location. All of the ladies in the bank were friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Sheri spent a great deal of time with us to support our transaction needs. It was very clear the Sheri is tremendously qualified & experienced at her job and was eager to help. The business we had at the bank was completed with expert care. We had several questions that were answered by each of the ladies. It felt welcoming from the moment we entered this bank. We will definitely be utilizing this Central Bank location for any of our financial needs. Our thanks go out to Sheri, Theresa, Theresa, and Jacqueline.
