★★★★★ Branch review: Airport Branch

My husband and I have been doing our banking at Citizens bank for many years. I live at Rosie so, most of my banking is done at the Airport branch. My husband passed in 2023 but I kept our money at Citizens . Everyone there is so pleasant and professional and always a smile. They truly look out for our interest, I've banked there so long, they know my habits and let me know a couple of times about a possibility of fraud, and was able to stop the transaction. I feel like family with everyone there.
