THE MOODY NATIONAL BANK VICTORY LAKES

I opened an account at Moody Bank (Texas City) for my son before closing time late Friday. We both walked in the bank with mask on due to Covid. The staff at the Texas city location were very nice and did not ask either of us to remove our mask. My son visit the Moody Bank (646 location) to withdraw money for the FIRST time yesterday between three and four o'clock with me on the phone for guidance. The police officer at the door screamed for him to remove his mask so he could see his face as soon as he walked through the door. My son removed his mask while asking "oh, you can't wear a mask in here?" (very confused) I asked my son who is that and why is he yelling for him to take off his mask it sounds like he just walked through the door. My sons response was "Mom, it's okay." But the reality is this is not okay! A young male walking inside the bank alone should receive the same treatment as a young male walking in the bank with his parents. I feel that all Moody bank branches should be on the same page with the mask policy. I'm not sure if he was randomly selected to remove his mask or if he was just being unfairly treated. I remained on the phone throughout the process and feel the teller did a great job assisting him. I feel that First impressions are very important and the impression he received while entering the bank with his mask on for the first time was not a good experience. Any assistance with this matter will greatly appreciated.
