Never in my life have I had so much trouble with a bank. I will never do business with BB&T again. They have messed up a draft on my auto loan 3 or 4 times and continue to expect me to drive approximately 60 miles (round trip) to bring them the payment in person. I am so done and I will be doing all in my power to get my car financed with another bank in the next couple of days and pay this bank loan off.
Update: Sorry BB&T, I was wrong this time (not the other times though), the draft problem was not your fault.
