I stopped by the drive through to make my Morgage payment around 1: 45 today and no one was at the window. I waited so long that I finally blew the horn several times. Finally a bald headed man (short in statue) ran to the window jumping around and said ( I'll be with you in a moment) I told him I was in a rush to get to work and he just walked off. Several more min. went by to the point where I blew my horn again. No teller still...I blew the horn again and again. When he returned and I said I have to get to work he replied (SO GO AHEAD AND GO)....What? He was so rude. I dont know what is going on with that branch but I have a good mind to move all my money elsewhere with that kind of service. Just wanted to let you be aware because if I'm being treated like that, he is treating other customers like that as well...
